In our pregnancy yoga class, we practice gentle restorative poses which focus on maintaining your flexibility and connecting with baby. We also practice different types of breathing techniques in order to prepare for labour.
These classes can be done from week 14 of pregnancy to the birth of your baby. No previous experience in yoga necessary.
