Relax, restore and renew mind and body in this soothing class, incorporating restorative yoga poses, grounding and deep deep relaxation. Emerge feeling revived, centred and refreshed.Cultivate deep relaxation with reclined breath awareness and meditation to begin the practice. We will then work with a combination of props and some very restful poses to soothe the nervous system and rejuvenate both mind and body.
