Strong Core Yoga is a fusion of Yoga and deep abdominal core strengthening movements. In this class, you will build up your core strength as you practice proper posture alignment, flow through demanding yoga sequences and build heat from within by connecting breath to movement.
The core strengthening focus of the class is balanced and integrated with the lengthening and elongating effects of yoga to create a unique full body practice.
